Bongospares specialises in breaking Mazda Bongos and Ford Fredas.
We stock a vast range of used, reconditioned and new parts, both genuine Mazda and quality aftermarket products. In addition to vehicle part sales, we have a specialist repair workshop where anything from a service to an engine replacement can be undertaken.

Delivery depends on the size and weight of the item you are purchasing. Similar sized items will be shipped together. The delivery cost is displayed in your shopping cart before you checkout. Contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery.

We accept both PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

We ship all orders within 24 working hours of payment receipt. Small items are sent via Royal Mail and will take 3-4 days. These items do not have tracking. If you require a small part for the next day, please call our office and we can arrange this delivery for you at an additional cost.
Larger/heavier items are sent via a courier service on a Next Working Day delivery service. You will not receive a tracking number for your order, however if you contact us we will happily provide you with a consignment number which can be used to track the progress of your delivery online.
Extra large items such as doors will be sent via pallet and will take 2-4 working days.

We have shipped to Australia, New Zealand, France and Cyprus in the past. We are able to send most parts over seas, as long as they’re not too large or heavy.
Parts that would require pallet delivery would exceed the maximum dimensions required in order for the shipping to be feasible and so could not be shipped extreme distances, ie. Australia.
If you require overseas delivery, please email us the parts you require along side your full delivery address and one of our team will be in touch to discuss the options available to you.

Our exchange policy is easy and straight forward; Simply fit your replacement part supplied by Bongospares, put your old part in the box that our item came in, give us a call and we’ll arrange collection from yourselves for the following day.
For smaller exchange items, we will enclose a fully labelled and stamped Jiffy for you to send your old item back to us in - free of charge.

Call our office and select customer service. Ensure you have your order details handy, ie. delivery post code, and we will supply you with a consignment number so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.
We will get in touch with the courier and notify them of the issues if there are further delays in delivery.

All our shipping costs include the postage & packing of our products. Postage is either next working day courier or Royal Mail 1st class if ordered before 2:30pm.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please note postage may be delayed 24 hours but we do our utmost best to get all orders out on time.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight postcodes will incur an extra cost. Please contact the office. This includes postcodes such as IV, AB, KW, PH, PA, ZE and HS (NOT ALL POSTCODES INCUR THE SURCHARGE – eg PA1-19 or AB1-16 incurs no extra cost - please enquire). We can deliver worldwide on request.
All of our internet sales are available for purchase over the counter at our premises. Please be aware that the pictures shown are for illustration purposes only.
Price includes VAT and a full VAT receipt will be issued.
All items are in good condition and in full working order.
Items ordered incorrectly, if returned within 30 days, will be refunded, minus original postage cost.
All second hand items come with 30 day warranty. If there is an item failure, please speak with us directly so that we can arrange return of the item, test the part and resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.
Bongospares reserves the right to not offer a reimbursement of postage if item is fault free once returned to our workshop; however, a refund will be issued for the item if returned regardless of its working condition.
