Parts & Orders

  • All parts are used (second-hand) unless specified new or reconditioned

  • All photos are for illustration purposes only. It might not be the item in the photo you receive, the photo is used as an example.

Outbound Shipments

  • Next-day postage isn't guaranteed - We do our utmost best to get the parcel to you the next day (all shipments are created and processed as a priority next working day service). However, once the courier receives the item, it is in their hands, and we cannot be responsible for their actions. With that being said, we will try our best to help resolve any issues regarding tracking outbound shipments, etc.

  • Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the next working day - Our couriers collect once a day, around mid-afternoon. Once they have collected, all orders placed/packed/processed afterwards will be collected and dispatched from our workshop the next working day.

  • It is the next working day - Orders placed on a Friday before 2 pm won’t be out for delivery until Monday.

RETURNS

Customers are to arrange return postage at their own cost. When returning, please include the following details: full name, contact number and order number.

  • unused/unopened items

  • Must return within 30 days (starting from the date the order was placed).

  • There will be a 15% handling fee for every order. This is to take packaging materials and costs, as well as the time required for processing, picking, and packing the order, into consideration.

  • Item must be in the same condition it was when it left our premises. Refund will be processed once the returned item is inspected.

  • exchange items

  • Must return within 30 days (starting from the date the order was placed).

  • If the item is sent back after this timescale, the surcharge will not be refunded.

  • Customers are to arrange return postage at their own cost. However, this expense is taken into consideration within the surcharge amount.

warranty

Please note that we may want to discuss a situation in further detail with a customer to ensure that no external factors or variables have interfered with the performance of the item provided by us.

  • NEW PARTS

  • Warranty valid for 12 months.

  • If the new part provided by us fails within the warranty period, please post the item back to us, as we need to send it for testing.

  • Once the item has been tested and confirmed to have failed, a refund or replacement will be actioned.

  • reconditioned parts

  • Warranty period varies depending on the individual items’ supplier.

  • used parts

  • Warranty valid for 30 days.

  • If the used part provided by us fails within the warranty period, please get in contact with us.

  • Either a refund or replacement will be actioned.

workshop

  • After any mechanical work that involves the wheels being taken off, you MUST check wheel nuts after 30 miles.

  • All vehicles in our workshop are left at the owner’s risk.

  • Customers must leave their Bongo as empty as possible. Additional charges may apply if we have to remove belongings.

  • Warranty work has to be brought back to us — recovery isn't included in warranty work.

  • If your Bongo is left for longer than 1 week after the customer has been advised vehicle is ready for collection, storage charges occur, unless authorised.

  • MOT inspections - we do have to tap the underneath of your Bongo when doing an MOT inspection, this may leave holes that wasn’t there before.

  • Warranty stays with owner — not passed on to new owners.
