Refund policy
All our shipping costs include the postage & packing of our products. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight postcodes will incur an extra cost, please contact the office. We can deliver worldwide on request.
All of our internet sales are available for purchase over the counter at our premises.
All items are in good condition and in full working order. If you experience a problem or discover an item is faulty please contact us within 30 days so that we can either replace the item or issue a refund.
A full refund will be issued upon return of the faulty item and return postage will also be remunerated.
All used parts carry a 30 day warranty.
Items ordered incorrectly, if returned within 30 days in original condition with proof of purchase will be refunded, minus original postage cost.
Please double check you are ordering the correct item as returns may incur an admin fee. All new items carry a 12 month warranty subject to manufacturer’s installation guidelines.
