Once you have fitted your alternator, and are happy with it if you could place your old alternator back in the box we sent the goods in (taped back up) and just give us a call and we’ll arrange for the parcel to be collected from yourself. Once we have received the exchange item back, we will refund the £100 SURCHARGE.
