Once you have fitted your caliper, and are happy with it if you could place your old caliper back in the box we sent the goods in (taped back up) and post the return to our address. As soon as your old unit is recieved and inspected at our workshop, the surcharge will be refunded.
Please note, the returned caliper must include the carrier and slider bolts, and all components must be in a servicable condition. If these conditions are not met, the surcharge will NOT be refunded.
RETURN POSTAGE - Customer is to arrange return postage at their own cost. When returning, please include the following details: full name, contact number and order number. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS
